Lauren & Will's Ararat Home Wedding
Lauren and Will knew each other from a young age. He was best friends with her brother; she was the kid who was always around.
As they grew up, their friends all intermingled, which gave them more time together, yet still kept their distance emotionally. All until the last boyfriend Lauren had -- something in Will had been stirring, and when she and her beau broke up, he professed his love for her, saying that he realized when she was with someone else, he may have lost his last chance to be with her.
She was happy to give him that chance.
Their wedding was a blast -- a massive affair full of extended family and friends, hilarious toasts, never-ending food, and dancing ... oh, how they danced.
I photographed their day at St. Peter's Armenian Church in Van Nuys, followed by a reception that went into the wee hours at Ararat Home in Mission Hills. The talented Stephanie Franje was my able second shooter.

The reception at Ararat Home in Mission Hills was a blast. Armenians put on a good party, and they DANCE non-stop! I need to get invited to one of these weddings as a guest.
